Welcome to Vertical Acting Hub.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vertical Acting Hub website, platform, services, profiles, directories, databases, communication tools, casting-related features, subscriptions, and other services offered through VerticalActingHub.com (collectively, the “Platform”).
- The Platform is owned and operated by Vertical Acting Hub LLC, located at 145 Robinson Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, purchasing a service, or otherwise using Vertical Acting Hub, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.
1. Platform Purpose
Vertical Acting Hub is an online professional directory and talent-discovery platform designed to connect actors and performers with producers, casting professionals, production companies, filmmakers, and other entertainment-industry professionals.
Vertical Acting Hub provides technology and information that may help users discover, evaluate, and communicate with one another.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Vertical Acting Hub LLC is not a talent agency, talent manager, casting agency, employment agency, production company, employer, labor union, or representative of any actor, producer, casting professional, or other user of the Platform.
Vertical Acting Hub provides a platform through which industry participants may discover and connect with one another.
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Casting
Creating a profile, purchasing a membership, submitting for an opportunity, appearing in search results, or communicating with another user does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Auditions
- Casting opportunities
- Callbacks
- Representation
- Compensation
- Production participation
- Responses from casting professionals
- Career advancement
- Any particular professional result
Vertical Acting Hub does not guarantee that any actor will receive auditions, employment, representation, or other opportunities through the Platform.
Likewise, Vertical Acting Hub does not guarantee that producers or casting professionals will find suitable talent for any particular production.
3. Eligibility
Unless Vertical Acting Hub establishes a separate approved system for minors, users must be at least 18 years old to independently create an account.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
Vertical Acting Hub may introduce accounts for minors represented or managed by parents or legal guardians under separate requirements, agreements, and privacy protections.
4. Account Information
Users agree to provide accurate, current, complete, and truthful information when creating and maintaining accounts.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
- Impersonate another person.
- Create a fraudulent profile.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Misrepresent professional credentials.
- Misrepresent your relationship with a production company, agency, studio, network, or other organization.
- Create an account for another individual without authorization.
- Allow unauthorized individuals to use your account.
You must promptly notify Vertical Acting Hub if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Actor Profiles
Actors may be permitted to upload or provide professional information including:
- Headshots
- Photographs
- Biographies
- Professional credits
- Physical characteristics
- Playing-age ranges
- Skills
- Languages
- General locations or markets
- Videos
- Demo reels
- Professional links
- Representation information
- Union status
- Availability
- Other casting-related information
Actors are responsible for ensuring that information appearing in their profiles is accurate and that they have the right to publish the information and content they provide.
Actors understand that information designated as public may be visible to other users, visitors, and potentially search engines, depending upon the Platform’s functionality and privacy settings.
6. Producer and Casting Professional Accounts
Vertical Acting Hub may provide specialized accounts or access to producers, casting directors, directors, production companies, agencies, studios, networks, filmmakers, and other industry professionals.
Vertical Acting Hub may require verification before granting access to certain talent information, communication features, casting tools, or other professional functionality.
Verification by Vertical Acting Hub does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, background check, or representation regarding the individual or organization.
Vertical Acting Hub reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate professional accounts when necessary to protect users, the Platform, or Vertical Acting Hub LLC.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Vertical Acting Hub to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, abuse, or exploit another person.
- Discriminate unlawfully.
- Engage in fraud or deception.
- Create fraudulent casting notices or employment opportunities.
- Solicit sexual services.
- Request inappropriate, sexually explicit, or exploitative photographs or videos.
- Distribute pornography or unlawful content.
- Conduct unauthorized mass marketing or spam.
- Harvest actor information for unrelated commercial purposes.
- Scrape, copy, download, reproduce, or systematically extract the Platform's database.
- Sell, license, or redistribute user information without authorization.
- Impersonate a producer, casting director, agency, actor, company, studio, network, or other person or organization.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technology.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, databases, servers, systems, or other Platform resources.
- Circumvent security or access controls.
- Use information obtained through the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Use Platform content, actor photographs, videos, performances, voices, likenesses, profiles, or other user content to train, develop, test, or operate artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without express authorization.
- Create unauthorized digital replicas, synthetic performances, voice clones, facial models, or similar AI-generated representations of users.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
8. Casting Safety
Users should exercise reasonable judgment when communicating or conducting business with people they meet through the Platform.
Vertical Acting Hub does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, background, intentions, financial ability, professional qualifications, or conduct of every user.
Actors should independently verify casting opportunities, production companies, producers, casting professionals, and employment offers before:
- Providing sensitive information
- Traveling to an audition or production
- Signing contracts
- Performing work
- Accepting employment
- Making payments
- Providing identification or financial information
Users should never publish or transmit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, full financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary Platform profiles or messages.

9. Casting and Employment Decisions
Casting and employment decisions are made independently by producers, casting directors, production companies, and other hiring parties.
Vertical Acting Hub does not control those decisions.
Unless Vertical Acting Hub LLC is separately identified in writing as the producer or employer of a particular production, Vertical Acting Hub LLC is not responsible for:
- Compensation
- Employment contracts
- Independent contractor agreements
- Working conditions
- Scheduling
- Transportation
- Accommodations
- Accommodations
- Insurance
- Taxes
- Employment classification
- Union obligations
- Production safety
- Production conduct
- Payment disputes
- Other matters arising from a production or employment relationship
10. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Vertical Acting Hub.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant Vertical Acting Hub LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and promote the Platform and your presence on the Platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Vertical Acting Hub LLC.
The license generally ends when the applicable content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for backups, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, enforcement, or other legitimate business purposes.
11. Rights to Uploaded Material
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for content you upload or submit.
You may not upload photographs, videos, music, artwork, trademarks, copyrighted material, performances, or other content that infringes another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
12. Name, Image, Likeness, Voice, and Performance
By intentionally publishing profile photographs, videos, biography information, voice recordings, performances, demo reels, or similar materials as part of your professional profile, you authorize Vertical Acting Hub LLC to display those materials as reasonably necessary to operate your profile and the Platform.
Vertical Acting Hub LLC does not acquire ownership of your name, image, likeness, voice, performance, or other intellectual property merely because you create a profile.
Other users may not use an actor’s name, image, likeness, voice, performance, photographs, or videos for advertising, artificial intelligence, synthetic media, digital replicas, voice cloning, commercial exploitation, or purposes unrelated to legitimate casting evaluation without obtaining all legally required permissions.
13. Platform Intellectual Property
The Vertical Acting Hub name, trademarks, logos, site design, databases, software, proprietary features, graphics, branding, interfaces, and original content are owned by or licensed to Vertical Acting Hub LLC.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, licensed, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without authorization.
14. Memberships and Payments
Vertical Acting Hub may offer free and paid memberships, subscriptions, upgrades, or other services.
Prices, features, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation procedures, and other applicable conditions will be disclosed during the purchase process.
Users are responsible for applicable fees and taxes.
If recurring subscriptions are offered, applicable renewal and cancellation information will be presented during enrollment.
15. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be governed by the refund terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Fees already earned for services delivered may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
16. Communications
By creating an account, users agree to receive service-related communications reasonably necessary to operate their accounts and provide the Platform.
These may include account verification, security, billing, policy, casting-related, and administrative communications.
Users may separately choose whether to receive promotional or marketing communications where required by law.
17. Third-Party Services
Vertical Acting Hub may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, video platforms, analytics providers, email providers, hosting companies, social networks, authentication services, and other technology providers.
Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
Vertical Acting Hub LLC is not responsible for independent third-party services outside its control.
18. Moderation and Account Removal
Vertical Acting Hub LLC reserves the right to investigate reported misconduct and remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Threaten user safety.
- Create legal or security risks.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
- Abuse other users.
- Misuse Platform data.
- Interfere with Platform operations.
- Otherwise engage in conduct Vertical Acting Hub reasonably determines is inappropriate for the Platform.
19. Reporting Misconduct
Users should report suspected:
- Scams
- Fraudulent casting notices
- Harassment
- Impersonation
- Inappropriate requests
- Sexual solicitation
- Copyright violations
- Unauthorized use of actor content
- AI misuse
- Suspicious account activity
- Other misconduct

Vertical Acting Hub may investigate reports and take appropriate action but cannot guarantee the outcome of every investigation.
20. Privacy
Use of Vertical Acting Hub is also governed by the Vertical Acting Hub Privacy Policy.
21. Platform Availability
Vertical Acting Hub attempts to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
Features may be modified, suspended, discontinued, replaced, or introduced as the Platform develops.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Vertical Acting Hub LLC makes no guarantee regarding:
- Employment results
- Auditions
- Casting decisions
- User behavior
- Accuracy of user-provided information
- Production legitimacy
- Availability of opportunities
- Compensation
- Professional outcomes
- Financial results
Users assume responsibility for evaluating opportunities and other users before entering into professional or financial relationships.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vertical Acting Hub LLC and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the Platform.
Vertical Acting Hub LLC is not responsible for disputes, injuries, losses, damages, nonpayment, misconduct, fraud, or other actions arising from relationships independently formed between Platform users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vertical Acting Hub LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- Their unlawful use of the Platform.
- Their violation of these Terms.
- Content they submit.
- Their infringement of third-party rights.
- Their interactions or transactions with other users.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity conducted through their account.
25. Termination
Users may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.
Vertical Acting Hub LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when users violate these Terms, create safety concerns, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse Platform information, or otherwise threaten the integrity of the Platform.
26. Changes to These Terms
Vertical Acting Hub LLC may update these Terms periodically.
Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, or other appropriate means.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms will identify the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
27. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
